First, checked out your trailer to get a feel for your channel - you rock 
Great energy, and you're really funny, haha
Your current banner has a schedule on it, which is always a good choice. On my previous channel, I used a little slogan to help define the channel.
It was a drunk crafting show, called Drink, Craft, Repeat!, and the sub-title was "We're not pros at crafting...we're just drunk at it". So yeah, you could try something like that.
Tbh, though, it's already a solid looking banner here. You might be best served by not convoluting it, and just leaving it with what you've designed so far. Good luck to you!

I think a suggestion could take place in adding a white light vignette on corners =)
It results more likeable on white background =)
