What is the percentage underneath YouTube videos?

I made an account on this forum because I can't figure out how to search for the answer I am looking for. I wanted to know what the percentage is that is displayed on the bottom of a video. It is normally displayed near the channel name, but below the title of the video. I saw it on one of jacksepticeye's videos, but can't find it to screen capture it. In the video, he was on his channel and was looking at the dates of his videos to see how long ago he played the game before replaying it again. He never mentioned it and I don't see anywhere in my settings that I can blatently see. I wanted to enable it so I can see this percentage too. I don't make YouTube videos, or I have some, but they are unlisted, but wanted to know how to enable the feature.

It sounds like the percentage of likes vs dislikes. The info is on the "videos" list of the new YouTube studio app. It's the last column.
