Hey guys could you pleae tell me what is the cheapest and best set for go-pro cameras? i go to alot of place where i could of recorded great footage with a go-pro but i just never had one

I don't understand what you are asking for? Do you mean the cheapest GoPro?
If so then the hero3 has just been released so you may find people selling their hero2 cameras etc. I even sold mine with its bacpacs etc myself before I got the hero3.
Keep an eye on the classifieds where you are and see if anything pops up. You'll have to spend a decent amount either way as they aren't the cheapest of cameras!
