what is the best way to write a script ?

I'd say whatever way you want and feel is the best for you. Since I do comedy videos, I write out a lot of scripts and plans for videos, and I've found it easier to just write them, that way you don't use a lot of printer ink and it works out your ideas more. You could use a computer if you want to. It's really just up to your preference.
