What is the average length of a montage?

I started recording a rage quit game a few days ago, I played 3 sessions of ~15 mins each, and I noticed there was a lot of dead space in the videos, so I cut it down to the select funny things I said.

This got me to about 1:30 (there were other things I could have used, but me swearing in a montage that's supposed to be funny isn't good)

I just wanna know how long you guys think a montage should be? I'm shooting for 5-7 mins
 
That sounds good. For me personally if I enjoy the style of video I am watching, it can literally be up to 15 mins (fails, vlogs)
But if I don't enjoy the genre of video I will watch for a couple of minutes.
Just make sure you know who your target audience is.
 
As short or as long as you want. You could call it a highlights video as well. I know 2bfp have done highlights that go up to 1hr long.
 
I love to watch funny montage 10-15 min. I have great time when i spend 10-15 min for watching funny montage. :)
