Thats is AdSense Publisher ID so IDK who's owner the account.

if you want partnership to network as RPM/Machinima/MakerGen/Fullscreen/Freedom!/Curse/BroadBandTV and etc.

- You not needed AdSense Account, but if you have it make sure your account haven't problem.
- YT account in good standing.
- Enable monetize setting
- Read Network Contract before you accept it. (no lockin contract, 1 year, 2 years)
- You will split your YT earning with your Network. low split 60% for you & high split 90% for you.
