What is a partnership and how do you get one?

I applied for one with Freedom! but they only take a small percentage of the people who apply to partner with.

I still don't exactly know what a partnership involves so I would like a little insight on how to get one and the benefits and disadvantages of obtaining one.
 
Everybody can join Freedom. Only rules are: No copyright strikes, at least 100 views a week would be great as well.
Advantages of having a partnership with a network? For me i have no choice, because i can't monetize my videos and earn money.. well from youtube itself, because my country is not in the list. I'm about to partner with Freedom myself.
Well, there are some pros and cons of it.
Pros
  • Free music library.
  • Forums for advertising, asking questions, fast help/support etc.
  • Tutorials, and sometimes even free GFX
  • I don't know if others do, but Freedom chooses some members and gives them free stuff like headphones, game cards etc.
Cons
  • You earn a little bit less. With freedom you can get around 60-110% of what you would get with no partnership. The percentage depends on if you have any refferals, and on how much views you get, and how fast you grow.
Anyways, Networks are great imo! Can't wait to join Freedom! : )

I love their youtube channel! The show Impulse has helped me SOOOO much! :)

But it's the people in the comment section that's AWESOME! :)
