A partner or MCN (Multi-channel network) is a network that you can partner with when you decide to monetize your content. They basically help support your channel by giving you access to certain resources and guides but that's not the main reason why people join them. Most people apply for partnerships due to the security and ad rev split that comes with it. The ad revenue split is dependant on what network you're with... Some networks give you 90% whilst others can go as low as 60%. The percentage they take is from your CPM which tends to be around 2$ per 1k views. Most networks have strict subscription requirements which is not a bad thing as this allows them to give you more attention. As for finding networks I suggest Fullscreen, however they do have a high sub requirement. Also, one other thing - when I speak about networks, I mean partners.
