WHAT IF YOUTUBE IS MADE A LIVE CONVERSATION PLATFORM ?

Hey , just think if you can schedule appointment with experts and talk directly to creators in youtube and solve your problems ? How would be the platform then ? Do you all agree or disagree with this notion ?
 
I am unsure how/why YT would set this up. Would they have to be in charge of scheduling, and billing?
The system already exist - Any creator can set up live vids for Q&A if they want. Or you can join the member area of some of the tech channels...
