What if YouTube did this...? How would you feel?

So...since youtube is on my brain 24/7..this thought randomly came into my head...what if everytime you left a comment on a video a little message pops up saying, "Since you left a comment, did you like this video or dislike it?"

Or maybe a little box to tick in while you comment that says:

[Comment Here]
+Like +Dislike +No Rating (1 Choice Max)

And you couldn't leave a comment until you ticked in one of the boxes...

What would you think of that?
 
I like the idea of something popping up to leave a like or dislike after commenting if you havent already rated it by then, it could help people get more likes or more dislikes probably more likes though. Like "You commented on this video, how about leaving it a rating?" or something like that, it would probably work well and serve as a nice reminder.
 
It sounds good. That'll definitely help all YouTubers. But it should be an optional situation. A little box popping out in a corner maybe..just a quick reminder like "Why not also leave a comment/rate?. If it's mandatory that you have to reply to that popped up box.. then it might get annoying for the viewers.
