It's really tough to make a video. Although I have learned camtesia studio, adobe premier pro and other software for creating videos. Yet I am still getting copyright issues due to using some clips from creative common videos.

What if I capture image from existing youtube videos? Is it still violate copyright issues?

I am just fed up. Getting copyright issues, strike blah bla.... Please help me dear. Thanks

Yes, you would have to ask the owner of the video if you can use it first since its not your property or under fair use.

If they have it set as creative commons, you may not need to ask them to use it, but it's always nice to ask anyhow. Sometimes websites like newgrounds have a huge library of music that is available for anyone to use.

Well. How can I ask them? How can I find them? Is this possible to get approved then?

By the way I got a strike few days ago due to using creative common video's clips. I am worried so much.

Why don't you try Googling Royalty Free Video Footage if you wish to avoid copyright issues? If you also plan to monetize, you need to check licensing terms for the assets you plan to use. Some may state non-commercial use only.

If you want to use part of an existing video, go to that channel's About Section and click the Send Message button. I enclose a screen shot.Contact.jpg
