Just not sure what the repercussions are? Are you allowed so many until they just shut down your channel?
If you dispute the claim and get a copyright strike, however, you can only have three of those before your channel gets shut down.
then how can I make reaction videos with getting the claim?Your channel wouldn't get shut down. The only thing that happens is that the person who claimed your video has it monetized and will make money off the ads on it. If you dispute the claim and get a copyright strike, however, you can only have three of those before your channel gets shut down.
There seems to be a misunderstanding here. Yes, that's literally exactly the same meaning of what I said. You can get a copyright strike from a disputed copyright claim, and I was answering the OP's question of how many of those you can receive before action is taken upon your channel.I assume you mean to say, if you dispute it, and lose the dispute, that will result in a strike?
Ok

I get that but this type of video I wasn't supposed to move or talk that was the challenge. But I just won't even try to do those anymoreThere seems to be a misunderstanding here. Well, I make reaction-type videos on my channel. And I've only ever gotten one copyright claim. And that was because this guy had a really good network and couldn't take criticism. As long as you're reacting to things in the public domain (ex. YouTube videos), you should be fine as far as copyright claims go. However, you also need to stick to the guidelines of fair use, and the majority of your video must be your reaction. You can't just sit there and do nothing the entire time or only interrupt the actual video once. Otherwise, it'll be sure to be detected by the filter. Just do what you see other reaction channels do, and you should be fine. The best example of a relevant reaction channel I can find who does what I said is Beasty. If you watch his videos, he shows the original footage, but it's clear a major part of the video is his commentary. And he's easily broke 100K subs and rarely ever received a claim. Just upload the video, and if you get a claim, then delete it, edit it a bit until you don't get a claim, and then you'll know what works for you.
