What happens to your shows once you get unpartnered?

Do they disappear/get deleted and if so do they come back once you get partnered again? Or do they stay but you can't add any new episodes?

If you get partnered before you`re officially released nothing will happen to any of your features... like e.g. when Fearcrads left Machinima he still had the banner for a few weeks up to when he joined IGN
