It really depends, I can watch OpTiC Nadeshot Or Scumpii play for around an hour but someone like pewdiepie, max 10 minutes

Anything ranging from 3 to 20 minutes is fine by me.
As long as the content is great I will watch almost anything.
Let's plays does not really have a big impact on me like reviews or things like that since you can pop out a lets play relatively easily.
While with a review there is scripting, recording video and audio, getting whatever images you need, editing and so on.
I like to see people working hard on their videos and not just making NEW CALL OF DUTY FIVE where it's just gameplay I guess.

Depends on the type of Content, I watch a series of Serious/Comedic Youtubers so the content differs immensely but I find that high quality editing is more enjoyable to watch, that's why I love Frankiein1080p's/Vanoss' Videos.
I generally get bored of Videos quite quickly if they're not of high quality, mostly/all boring clips and horrible Music, I find it hard to watch Videos without music which suites them so that's a major selling point for myself.
