What game would make the best videos?

Hi everyone, Kevin here, I post gaming content on my channel. If any of you out there are also gamers you know that we're just about to enter the 3rd quarter, the biggest time for gaming of the year. I want to try to use this as a way to grow my channel over the next few months by posting gameplay of a new popular game. The question is, what game should I pick? I'm limited in funds and can only buy like 2 of the following games: Middle earth shadow of mordor, destiny, assassins creed unity and call of duty advanced warfare. As a viewer, which of these games would you be most likely to watch? Thanks, any feedback is greatly appreciated.
 
Every youtuber should specialize on one game they love to play and are willing to record 100 times over. there is always going to be a demographic for certain games people will look for, if you're the one making all the videos for that specific game then you'll gain a following just by youtube searches alone.

take for example zackscottgaming, he posted about 240 something episodes of 45 minutes of animal crossing and has gained a very large number of subs from it. Northernlion has gained 200,000 subs from playing over 900 episodes of the binding of isaac. there are other gamers who played a game for a long time and have gained a job out of it.
