What food videos would you like to watch?

I've been uploading recipe videos to YouTube since January, but so far it's been food that I like to cook.
I'm now starting to think maybe I should cater my videos to what's popular and what other people would like to watch and potentially make.
Does anyone here have any suggestions for food for me to cook? Or do you think I should stick to my guns and cook what I like?
Thanks :)

Cook what you enjoy cooking because that'll make the best content. If you start to cook things that you don't enjoy cooking, it will more than likely come across in the video.

At least you can cook though, my last attempt was cooking/baking some snowmen biscuits for Christmas and well, it didn't exactly turn out very well..

When I watch a cooking show I like to see stuff that im not used to, like different food from other countries, cultures, that kind of thing. not just ''oh this is how you make spaghetti'' haha not that your own twists and changes aren't welcome obvously. oh and as a quick point i think you need to do some work on your youtube page because its not displaying your videos to me properly.

People look up recipes for things they want to make. I've been doing 3 ingredient recipes for a few months now, and my most popular cooking video is spaghetti sauce, which is a pretty common thing for people to look up. So I'd find recipes that are popular and that you can make that people will search for.

Cheers for your comments everyone!

@thejadonmayhew haha I would've quite liked to have seen a video of the making of those snowmen/monsters/whatever they turned out to be!

@GamingRack I've been a bit nervous about doing other cultures/countries' food, as I've often seen people commenting on videos slating them for not being authentic - but I like the idea of putting my own spin on them - then I hopefully wont get in too much trouble from the traditionalists! Also on the note of the videos not displaying, I've checked them now and they seem to be displaying OK - maybe it was just a glitch of some sorts?

@xingcat That's a good idea- I'll check out popular recipe ideas and see which ones take my fancy!

@crackbot72 Guy Fieri is the boss! Wish I could get him in my videos! Maybe when I get about 999,954 more subscribers he might take me up on that offer...

@CrazyPUA the day the fun stops I'll stop YouTubing!

The only food related videos I would watch is if the cook did something super challenging. I currently watch a program on TV where a group of cooks compete to make their food into pieces of edible art. Its amazing the presentation they make. Normally I don't care about how the food is present so long as its edible but this show is all about the presentation and turning it into something more than just a plate of food.
