What exactly does this mean? (Adsense + Fullscreen)

First things first, i have been a fullscreen partner for almost a year & I earn enough to be able to do YouTube as a part time job. I recently added my new channel for a partnership to my account & I got this message back. The channel is currently getting 3,000 views per day but is only 2 weeks old.. I received this reply & I honestly have no clue what to do now.. I have never messed around with Adsense directly & have only ever gone through networks so I have no idea what to do.

I would like to get this channel partnered ASAP as i really need the scheduled uploads feature specifically. (Upload time is roughly 3AM in my timezone)

its not new thing, but every network need to ensure you have an active adsense account before they consider your application
