What else could I improve on? Be harsh!

Hello everyone,

It's been about 2 years since I asked for reviews, If you could be so kind to have a look at my channel and give me any advice that would be great! I focus on gaming related videos.

Thank you! :)

Just off-the-cuff thoughts.

1) Make a channel trailer that explains who you are and what you're doing on your channel. This is your sales pitch to potential subscribers. Keep it to two minutes.

2) The banner on your channel homepage is a "bit" egocentric. Are you famous in some circles? If yes, I guess it might work. If no, have your banner visually show what your channel is about.

3) Hire a speech coach to get rid of your lisp.

4) I like your fast pace of talking. For a high-energy gaming channel, it works.

5) Make each of your videos last at least ten minutes. A) The YouTube algorithm is favoring longer videos these days. B) You can insert mid-roll ads and end-roll ads. Unless you have a comfortable break around mid-roll, don't use mid-roll ads. But ALWAYS use end-roll ads.

6) Make the background music a little more quiet.

7) Be background aware. I wouldn't have anything there that didn't either enforce the image or mood I want for the channel. That lonely desk chair isn't either.

Good luck!
