What editor is used for this scene

Hey guys,
a complete newbie to video editing!So,i want to ask what software is used in making the ''screen'' slideshows for this scene:

You can see them starting at 0:25,0:41,0:51,1:01,1:02 and so on..
How can i edit the slides,using my own text - i guess pre-made templates are used or something?

well you would have to recreate them all yourself. What they did is either made a video then played it on all the TVs during filming or just cropped the video to fit onto the tvs almost like picture in picture during post production
 
OK,
so can you give me any suggestion on what software to use to get the "TV screen like" effect?
