What DXTORY codec do you use?

In my opinion dxtory is easily the best recording software out there for pc gamers. The options and customizations you can choose make it a much better choice then fraps.

Anyways, I have experimented with some different codecs, I found that te dxtory codec is great quality but the filesize is ridiculous, so I started using the h264 codec and found it to be great, a much smaller file size with very little degradation in quality.

I'm very interested to hear what other people use ( assuming they use dxtory ) incase there is a better option for me!

I'm using the Lagarith Lossless Codec, been excellent so far Low file size and great quality.

Lagarith Lossless Codec for sure. Best one out there.

Lagarith gives great quality but the file size is still pretty ridiculous. For the stuff I make, I actually just use Xvid which I find still produces more than acceptable quality for YouTube and keeps the file sizes much smaller. Granted, I only upload in 720p because of my terrible upload speeds but I find the YouTube player cuts the quality down some, even in 1080p anyway. Quality is subjective though.
