What does this mean in the contract?

Pyregamingyt

I've Got It
When it says

"
If Maker or Artist exercise
their respective rights of termination hereunder, such
exercise shall terminate Maker's obligation to pay Artist
any monies which have not accrued or become payable
at the time of termination. No such termination shall
waive or affect any other right which Maker may have, at
law or otherwise, or affect any right granted herein or
warranty made herein by Artist.
"

Does it mean they won't pay me for the 2 months before leaving? Why can't they write these blasted things in english.

Wow, what the hell is that?! You should definitely ask them to clarify that part... damn

basically the moment of termination or breach of contract, anything earned from that time during the termination process will not be paid.

So as soon as they start the firing process or you start the process of quiting you will gain no money during that period.

so what does "no more than 30 days before terminating" does it mean i have to give notification more than 30 days or less than ?

if it states that you have to give a notice before terminating, unless your making more than a few thousand a month there's nothing you can really do about it. Taking these things to court generally cost that much to begin with.

Saved me some typing haha. Just to add though most networks have this in every one of their contracts, you can negotiate the contract if you wish but basically you have to give them 30 days prior notice if you indeed do plan on terminating your account and they will mostly not change this since it's part of all if not most contract agreements and makes sense. The issue that bad networks have is that they can completely abuse you and take more than a month to terminate your contract which I've seen happen to people on Freedom. Some people didn't get paid or they just put the payments on hold.

Yes 30+ days before but it doesn't matter since they will take a month for the termination process any way so really it's whenever you want. The term is just there so if you don't breach one of their agreement terms before a month.
