What do you guys think of my new thumbnails?

Since I'm starting to do achievement guides, I decided to make some nice thumbnails for them. What do you guys think about them? All of my next achievement guides(more coming today btw) will follow this format for the thumbnail.

I like the top one, but try to make the text a little bigger because it's hard to see as a thumbnail.

For the bottom one, I'd try to reduce amount of text, or make the happy hour achievement guide part bigger :]
