What do you guys think of my new content?

Basically I want to know if my content has gotten better. (Before March vs During March).
I've started doing speedarts and I know my editing on them is bad. I will get better at them. The thing I am asking about it my gameplay video and my channel layout, etc.. Because I feel like I could be getting so much more views.

Your channel layout is great for photoshop tutorials, but if you're wanting to have your channel art appeal more to a gaming audience I'd suggest making it look more like an entertainment channel. You could still keep the banner as is but, for example, just put a few pictures of characters from the games you play over the top of it. Just a suggestion, but you do a lot of speedarts too so for that it's fine, just depends which audience you want to target more.

Your game commentary is good, but what let's it down is the audio quality. I'm not sure if it's your mic or just the audio mixing but it's very quiet and I have to turn my audio way up to hear you properly. I think you could get a lot more views if you just fixed that small issue.

I may not be your target audience but the thumbnails dont draw me in. They are all fairly the same. Take this with a grain of salt. Just something to look into.
