ok so when i tried monetizing my bigger channels vids it wouldnt let me we thought we did everything right?

I don't know YouTube is weird. I have the same problem. If you to my channel and you find a video called "My Brother is Weird!" and watch it. You will find it has no copyright or anything and yet for some reason I am not able to monetize it either. It is a good thing I don't care about the money because that video would probably earn around $5 so I'm glad it doesn't have million views or something.

Is there any third-party claim on the video? You can't monetize it if it's claimed.

If you cannot monetize the video usually it is because theres been a claim on that video whether it be third party claim, or any other copyrighted content placed on the video.

i guess the author of this post understand well about claiming and copyright, so I can ensure that his issues is not regarding copyright, but you didnt tell us how is it not able to monetize, isit the monetize symbol become ! or what?
