What can i use other than an elgato?

I was just wondering since my PC is in a different room to my Xbox is there any other way to record your xbox?

I own an elgato game capture HD60 and it's amazing. There is also Avermedia Live Gamer Portable. i used it for a year and it was really good. There is Roxio which i don't recomend and Hauppauge which i heard is quite good, but i haven't used it.

Less known but very interesting is the Razer-Ripsaw. Not sure if it has hardware H264 Encoding (which is a big plus for recording, less so for streaming).
