What are the dimension for the youtube banner

I have trying the different sizes that thee Youtube channel art suggested but i end up with a image that cant be uploaded since its to small or a image that is to big show negative space on the banner plz help if anyone doesn't mind.

That is the size for all layout layers just throw it in photoshop and you can design on top of it.

Take some time to visit Ziovo on youtube, he is amazing at how to guides in terms of youtube designs, will be totally worth.
