I really need some sort of exposure and a perfect way to do it is through a promotion site.

there isnt really a good promoting website... what you can do if your videos are really good, send them to community channels (ex: if you do minecraft vids, do an epic video and send it to one of their community channels, with that you will probably get views/subs! )

everyone says twitter facebook these sites help but i dont think they can get you alot of exposure until you have a pretty decent fanbase on youtube try sites like gs there pretty legit
