What are Fullscreen disadvantages?

Hey, I searched this part of the forum and almost all the topics are mostly about the requirements/benefits of joining Fullscreen. I wanted to ask what are the disadvantages? What's the minimum contract period and what if I want to quit before ending? The comisions are 30% of the erning? Will they give me the option to put a banner on my channel? (because I kinda like the old youtube layout, hope it wont automaticlay change to the new one) and so on.

I don't know much about the requirements, but I know you can't leave a signed contract early, you must wait out the period of time you signed up for. Yes, you will get the option to put a banner on your channel but with the new One Channel layout being enforced in the next month or so, it won't really make a difference.

But if I don't use any music from the library? I mean, I edit all my videos with the music from websites that offers royalty free music, or from friends that create music.

And the minimum period is 2 years? A lot can happen in 2 years, what if the company starts going down?

I'm just asking all those questions because I'm thinking to apply after uploading some more videos and I just wanna know what do I "sign" for.

Your contract length and revenue split are both negotiable between you and the partner manager who reaches out to you. You'll have the option for the old banner on your channel although everyone will be moved over to the new layout sooner rather than later.

Thanks for the info, I'm gonna apply for Fullscreen after I get some more views, just to be shore :happy:
 
I think fullscreen is a great network it sure beats google adsense and has more partner perks only thing i think should be improved soon is the fullscreen forum when you sign into your account dashboard and the only con i really don't like is the fact you currently can't unclaim a video after enabing it for claim status/ad revenue share. This is something i need to talk to my partner manager about via email:cool:
