What Am I doing wrong

I feel like i am getting my community involved but what is wrong. 1 view on my last video I got 34 subs and normally 55 views on the other videos in the series. I'm getting mad
 
You only uploaded your latest video an hour ago, all of your subs wont be checking videos all at the same time. Be patient :)
 
Normally I have like 20 views in the first hour then my other videos had like 150 views then it has gone downhill from there.
 
Take my advise:
Keep making contents, if you don't regularly make contents no ones gonna notice. The easiest way to expand your audience is to network with channels or friends similar to your level. Consistency is the key, if you keep making good videos someone is gonna notice. always keep in touch with your viewers.​
 
My videos get almost no views in the first few days after that they start growing, just give it some time and you will get some views :)

hmm... well it takes time, plus the new youtube is mostly focusing on the favorites like freddie, ray, BlueXephos. soooo yeah might be difficult, but i call it a "CHALLENGE"
 
Thanks for your support guys its just when i see this on my videos i want to qui but i know i cant because that will destroy any hope of being a big youtuber
