I am doing a 20k giveaway and giving away an account for the game I play on. Now this account is baby basically, and was built after main with none of the mistakes made the first time around.
I've also put $500 or so into the account, used it for a lets play series that is ending now since the account is now basically in the same realm as my main account.
The timing is good, the account is awesome, my subs will love the chance to win it; however, doing a normal random drawing from 1-3k comments just doesn't seem right. I've done dozens of free account giveaways in the past since people donate them all time; however, they usually very new accounts with little to no money invested.
I've done contest where you send me a video clip or audio clip, the random drawing, the first to comment on a video, the "X" number to comment on a video, and even a write a guide that I will make into a video for one giveaway.
All those ideas worked well. Some excluded people that didn't speak English, couldn't screen record, and etc. I want to make sure it's as open as possible, but at the same time not be random and boring.
Any ideas are appreciated!
