What’s the Best Way to Post an 80-Video Course on a New YouTube Channel?

Hi Everyone,

I’m launching a new YouTube channel, starting with a high-value beginner programming course. The course consists of 80 bite-sized lessons, each 5-7 minutes long. The course isn't fully produced yet, but I’m eager to start posting soon to get feedback.

I’m trying to decide on the best posting strategy and would love your advice:
  1. Should I start posting lessons as I produce them or wait until the entire course is complete? I want early feedback to improve the course, but I worry that viewers might be turned off if the full course isn’t ready.
  2. What’s the ideal pace for releasing the lessons? Many people want quick results, so I’m not sure how long viewers would be willing to stretch the learning process for.
  3. Would posting a batch of, say, 10 lessons initially work better, or does YouTube’s algorithm favor a slower, more consistent release schedule? I’m concerned that uploading too many videos at once might reduce discoverability.
Thanks in advance for your insights!
