It's prickish, but why do you have a YouTube channel if you don't have an idea of what you want to do with it? It would be like buying a printing press but without having planned out a newspaper first, or a computer and then asking what kinds of things computers can do. Generally, you acquire the tool after the plan, not the other way around.
YouTube is a medium and there are tons of people who decided somewhere along the way that they really wanted to do this YouTube thing, but look to others to provide the ideas for value that you're supposed to bring to the table yourself. Asking for input is fine, but there needs to be something for people to give input on.
