Weird Strategy to Get Traffic Popped Up

Some clothing company wants to use a couple of my videos on a YT channel they are starting. They have over 3.5 million likes and each post they do seems to get over 10k views. They want a bunch of my videos and are not willing to give me money to license them, BUT they will put a direct link to my channel and put annotations and stuff like that and give me credit for the original video. I'm going to try it with the GoPro Dog Bone Video Selfie video, I figure if people like dogs they will go to my channel and I'll likely get a ton of views. I'm wondering if I should tell them I want like 10% of their profit or just accept that they will give me a lot of traffic. They want about 4 or 5 of my videos, so it may be a good way to get people to check out my channel. What would you do? They have sent me contracts saying my gain is the promotion from them linking any of my social media sites directly in their video description and annotation. I'm thinking I can get more out of it, but I don't want to miss out by over negotiating.

Tell them DIRECTLY credit you as well, they can do it as it is a option called "Credits".

They will put that I'm the original creator, and they will put my custom message in their video description including a link to my channel, and they will make a clickable annotation linked to whatever I want. My video only has around 29k views right now, so I'm thinking 3.5 million people seeing the video and liking it may generate a ton of traffic for me if I link to my channel saying "for more awesomeness like this, click here". I'm going to try it with one video, if it works out I may try others. They also really want the one where I get stun gunned on the tongue, but I don't think that would lead to very many subs since my channel is not a crazy painful channel.[DOUBLEPOST=1423540620,1423540558][/DOUBLEPOST]

There are no fees, but I think I can get something out of it more than just promotion. I still haven't signed anything.

Did they say how your videos would be used? Are they just using small clips, or using the whole video? Don't put yourself in a position where your whole channel is made redundant--if people are getting the whole video from the bigger channel, they'll likely never check out your channel.

If they are just using small snippets and giving you credit and conspicuous annotations, I'd say to go for it. They are not likely to want to go to the trouble of giving you a percentage of revenue, too much work and recordkeeping for them.

They want to use one of my videos. I'm thinking since it's only one and it's not one of my highest viewed videos, it could be a good way to draw attention to my channel. They said they'd credit me, put whatever annotations I want, and put whatever description I want on the video. Basically I'd say something like "For more awesome videos like this, click here" and put a link to my channel. I still haven't finalized anything with them, but I might just give it a try. 3.5 million people on Facebook could be a big boost to my overall channel for the sacrifice of one video.
