What's up with this Doge meme and what does it do?

On the G+ thing, I just don't like Google+. It doesn't invite me to use it more than just for comments and video sharing on youtube. I would never say happy birthday to a friend on Google+.

Yes well we broke down and actualyl since I started using Google Plus against my will we have gained some subs and views. I am still not it's biggest supporter but I will use it to promote.

The doge meme just makes things funnier through the wrong usage of words such as "such", "very", "much" etc.
