Watermark Query!

Hey guys'n'gals!

Has anyone else tried creating a watermark for their videos with a see through background? The watermark I've made is the same as my picture here just round not diamond, I've removed the background around the icon but when adding it to YouTube as a watermark is shows a white square background.

Has anyone else had this problem or is there something I'm doing wrong?

Did you make sure to save the watermark as a transparent PNG?

On Photoshop if that is the program your using you need to make sure your export it as a PNG with transparency enabled

I did not... I saved it as a JPEG I think! What an absolute doughnut I am!

Didn't think of that! Stupid thing is I had it working before on another channel I was working with... *facepalm*
