Thats when you know if your videos are worth watching.
Of course I dont think its possible to get 100%, but you know what people prefer and what not.

If you have a long video, say 10 minutes long and people only watch 2 minutes on average that tends to be an indicator that it is low on quality. You really want a high percentage to be successful, people clicking off your video 10 seconds in aren't likely to subscribe, those who watch all of it are. The percentage doesn't really count as much for really short videos for obvious reasons.
