Want to be partner with RPM Network

Hello guys, I have finished almost all steps to be parter with you guys.
But when I want add my youtube account to Maker Max I got this message:

"After sending multiple reminders, you still haven't accepted our network invitation! As a result we are marking your account as unresponsive.

If you still wish to be a part of our network, please accept the invitation by logging into your channel, visiting youtube dashboard, and clicking the "Learn More" link on the side bar."

I checked my youtube side bar but there is no message from RPM or Maker Max like this

What's wrong could be here?

Check your email, if you were previously associated with a network or an adsense it will appear there first.

I think I deleted it somehow... What I could do to return that invitation?

You'd need to ask for them to re-send it.
