Im looking for someone who can develop a design specifically for me. I want someone who is willing to partner up with me and work out a specific design for my videos and channel. This includes, backgrounds, avatars, thumbnails, outro pictures, and (possibly) intros.
I want someone who is willing to stick with me and work with me while my channel grows.
Criteria
You need to be creative and innovative. The last thing I want is to have similar designs other YouTubers. The design needs to be unique and different, if you cant bring something special to the table, then we cant work together.
You should be able to be flexible. Since I have a new and evolving channel, I know ideas and formulas will evolve as well. I want my design to keep up with my channel, so if at some point it needs to be changed, it shouldnt be that hard.
Most importantly, you should be willing to stick around. I want this to be a long-term partnership, I want to be able to work with this person for awhile.
You dont have to be the best graphic designer in the world, just good.
If you have some "proof of concept" work, i'd be more than glad to look at it, so please post it here as well.
