Voice Recording Question

How can I record both people in a skype chat and play the game at the same time? Does fraps automatically do that? Also, would I have to turn down the game volume through the game rather than the editing software? :S

use Mp3skyperecorder, it let's you record a skype call. Easy to use as well.

So I always just check the record win7 sounds in Fraps. It always seems to work for me.

You have to check Win 7 sounds, it adds anything that goes on from your computer, like music, notifications and other stuff.

There is a problem using that way, because you cant change multiple sound levels. Because of it all being stuck in just one audio line.

Just do that. Honestly I don't think I've ever tried to record Skype without that though.

Yeah thats true, That why I change the sounds before I record to make sure that they are at the correct levels. I would love to find a better way of doing it though.

Yeah, I just tested it with Skype Echo thing. Works great. All I would have to do is lower the game volume from inside of the game and if I want turn it up on my headset.
