what is the best free voice over program if any? and what mics can I use to sound clear also a cheep mic around 50_70 dollars
My internal mic sucks XD

Well, you will want to purchase a condenser microphone, you can find some great deals on musicians friend, they come in great starter packages. Best of luck!
 
May I add to the commentary, that if you are planning to monetize your channel in the future, Audacity may be your only option for free recording software. Most freeware products specifically state "for non-commercial use only".

Hey I think this warrants a "software warning thread"...
 
I use OBS (Open Broadcaster Software), it is amazing. It allows you to capture anything from your computer, gaming console, or webcam and use any or all of them at the same time to make a video. I also record with my blue snowball mic.
