Hi , I'm a GFX Artist and I make some videos on youtube , but just got
active on youtube yesterday .
Does adding voice on my youtube videos will improve
more or adding no voice and just some cool music will
attract viewers ?
thanks in advance for those answers :)

People like the human connection. Talking rather than flashing words on teh screen or having no dialogue is much more interesting and easier to engage in.

Huh, I don't know. I guess sound as professional as you possibly can. I think that as long as you sound like you know what you're doing, things should work out better than if you used no voices at all.

yeah music isnt half bad either but like stated before nothing gives a better connection than talking you could also have both just make sure the music doesnt override your voice.

The sound of the video really changes the tone of it, and how much information you can give to the user.

When I first started doing videos I used music and subtitles. They were fine but they took a lot longer to edit. Now I usually write a script and narrate after filming my vids. I do sometimes do 'live' commentary but I speak too fast, talk myself into verbal cul-de-sacs and say 'ummm' and 'errr' to much.

Personally I hate videos with no sound at all.

I'm not saying change it but I think you have to choose music that, if people don't like it they can at least tolerate it. But that's a very subjective side point.
