Vloggers. One take or snippets?

Obviously before I learned how to edit, I did everything in one take, and left in all of my weird nonsense. But, as of the video "Filters" (which is now private, btw) I have done everything in one take, and cut out the bad parts.

I rarely do on-camera videos but when I do, I try to do it in one recording.
When I watch vloggers, there's a lot of snipping and cuts going on.
If this is you, do you keep stopping and starting when you know what you're going to say next or do you keep recording and just keep re-saying what you want until it sounds like you want?

I do all my ones where I am just sitting chatting to the camera, in one take, and then I edit out all the bits where I am ummming and arrring :)

I used to record everything and then do the whole thing again, but I found that I'd be way too unnatural in the second take, so now I just repeat every sentence right away. In editing I choose the best version but usually it's the one without dust particles flying through the air.

I never do mine in one take... I just let the camera run and keep saying each section until I get it the way I want. I then edit it down afterwards. I will often have an 8 minute file that I edit down to 1 or 2 minutes.

If I tried to get it all in one take I would never get a video done since I really don't have much time to memorize a script.

I film the whole video in one take, screw up 436346 times till I say what I wanna say the way I like, then I cut out the bad stuff while editing. I probably cut too much.
