Virool tips?

I think if you have the money to burn and what you're advertising is actually going to help you make the money back.. then why not :') I don't really see the point in burning like £10 just to get to 301+ views.. if I want speedy views like that I will just post on my facebook and my college facebook page...

not sure man i dont see how people do it i couldnt pay money for promotion id rather just do it on my own lol but interesting to see a testimonial about virool because ive been wondering how legitimate they were.
 
To the last three fellows, Yes, a Virool Ad should be specifically created to target viewers that would see the Virool Ad. I would definitely suggest that a Virool Ad be concise and 60 seconds or less. A YouTube trailer might be similar but could be longer.

I agree that Virool might not be cost effective. When you think about it, if you spend $10, your goal is to get enough subs/views to cover the cost of the campaign. You may not immediately recover the $10 but you would expect to recover it over the life of your Channel.

As an example, let's say you make $1/1000 with your Channel. That means that you want to capture enough subs that would eventually watch 10.000 views. If you make $2/1000, then you hope that you eventually get at least subs or 5,000 views.
 
You will NOT make your money back on Virool. Virool is very empty advertising. It's difficult to target an audience with Virool because of where your stuff is displayed. You can affect this to some extent but ads are played in locations where they are unskippable and imo, irritating to the person playing the game they see it in or whatever. I wouldn't want to be associated with that advertising, even though it is legit.

Unless you turn it off, Virool ads are served as mandatory things before weird gambling games and stuff. It's difficult to target those audiences and very rare for them to click out of their games on a mobile device to go check out an advertisement. You need to be a real pro to do any converting on it.

If you set Virool to NOT advertise to those places or countries, and really try to target an audience via demographics and region, you will get WAY less views for your money. This again means, very low conversion rates.[DOUBLEPOST=1368927178,1368927086][/DOUBLEPOST]In my opinion, if you're going to spend money advertising, get some of your own campaigns going in your neck of the woods and/or use google's advertising.
If you're going to be doing any advertising, better to learn how and where and use the tools that let you customize it to the target audience you want, which is on YouTube.
 
Yeah Ive have used Virool, and as far as getting alot of views fast its fairly good, but its really more set up for spending alot of money to promote your video's. If your not putting in mass amount of money its not really gonna help you out. Plus I'm not really happy with where they promote the video's at either it messes with your numbers, because it promotes them on games on like facebook etc and gives people incentive to watch the whole video, like, comment etc. While that is nice and all I would rather have someone like my video because they like it, and when people comment on it its always one word comments like lol or yay or something like that! That being said they also promote on other sites to like blogs and stuff like that, but your always going to be wondering if the like was real or someone that liked it to get points!
