Views are good, feedback is good but little subscribers.

YTtalk Mad
I've had my channel for about 2 months now and have 5 videos. They take a week or two create due to the amount of editing required for them. Each time I upload they seem to get a decent amount of views for a new channel, I get a good amount of likes and no dislikes as well a lot of positive comments however I only have 22 subs in that time.

Is this just simply YouTube or that rather small for 2 months in now?

Your content is great, I think what you need to do is give incentive to subscribe. I know these videos take time but in an age where media is watched and thrown away quickly one must find a way to continuously grab the viewers attention to keep them coming back for more. A good way to do this, is maybe make a multipart series that is both engaging and will make people want to subscribe to find out when the next iteration of the video is out!

Great quality content, audio, channel art, avatar and thumbnails. The only thing I would work on, is the description of each video, but that isnt too bad either. I think you might need to try and advertise your videos more, on subreddits, twitter, google+ or other forums. I think you will do great once people get to know you channel!!

Looks super good man. I think once you get the handle on your style of editing. If you could do at least 2 videos a week that would be great for you to grow. Everything else looks top notch!

You've only been doing this for 2 months, give it time. Your channel looks very well made and you've already established your niche and style, which is great. I think what will put people off subscribing is the lack of videos - obviously, not a whole lot you can do about that right now, but I imagine once people see you have a bucketload load of content to offer and know it'll be released regularly in future, they'll start coming back for more.

Trying to find a way to upload quickly whilst maintaining quality is something I'm hoping I'll grasp in time. I want to try and upload once a week and no longer than that and there has been at least one time it's taken me 3 weeks to get one done which is too long really.

I have been trying to think of series I can do so that's something that's been in my head for a couple of weeks, it's just finding something that I think is sustainable and I can keep going :). Thanks for the feedback.

I do tend to not think too much about the video description, will try to from now on though.

I've used sub-reddits and here a little but not sure how to promote via other places really.

The main problem I find is that they just take so much editing and graphics getting one up in a week is quite hard but ideally I'd love to get 2 up a week with a minimum of 1 at least. Hopefully as I get into it more it'll be easily to produce them.

Yeah, hopefully as I produce more videos there is more incentive for people to sub. Thanks for the comment.

I dont know why your not getting the subs. I thought people were just blowing smoke up your a** when I reads the comments, but its true. Your content is really good. Excellent graphics, interesting information and great editing.

Your views are very high, so I really dont know why your not getting the subscribers?

Not very familiar with the games in your content. But from a video perspective, the audio in ur vids is too low quality, it actually is kinda... irritating to listen to for a long time? It's a minor problem and can be fixed by just getting a better mic. Hope it helps.

The mic isn't fantastic but I don't think it's that awful? I plan to get another very soon however, i just needed to see how well my videos were responded to first of all really before I started investing money but I think I'm at the point now where I can justify it.

Haha thanks, hopefully it's just a case of once I have more content I'll get more subs :)[DOUBLEPOST=1485116165,1485111882][/DOUBLEPOST]

Just bought a new microphone that should sound nice and professional so that should eliminate the one thing people notice the most on my videos.
