Videos Under Review for over 4 months

So I own a community channel and have tried to monetize a couple of my videos a few months back, first YT asked me for proof of commercial use, which I provided, and now after 4 months they are still under review! I do have 1 strike (because before I used to upload content I did not have permission to upload) which expires tomorrow. Do you think it is because of the strike? How long do I have to wait? What should I do about this?

I believe that there's nothing wrong to forward YouTube regarding your concern. For as long as you have the evidence, then I think you'll be fine. (y)
