Videos Do Better Than Others?

Hi, I have on video which is probably one of my worst videos, however it has 1000+ views and i just dont get why?

I get the fact it might be what people are looking for, but its just a simply gameplay? It's not even any good haha!

Someone care to explain?:) is it the new layout which makes small channel unheard of?
 
Probably just good timing or incredibly good gameplay in that one.
I forget when halo 4 was released so I'm not sure about timing vs release date so I'm thinking maybe when you uploaded it.
Normally longer videos don't do that well. Congrats!
 
YouTube has only ever favoured the 'popular' (as in the bigger leagues). It's a sad fact that the new layout makes that even worse :(

It may be your worst, but there are evidently people who like it! Congrats! Hehe :D
 
Actually youtube now favors longer vids over shorter ones. It was part of the algorithm change a few months back.
