Videopad?

Anyone using this video editing software and have any tips, trick, or suggestions? I'll be honest and you can laugh at me as I'm prepared for the most part I have always used Movie Maker. I don't have it in the budget to buy a mac and I can't stand sony vegas. I've tried using it and it's just not for me. I love iMovie as I have used it but like I said at the current time can't afford it or a mac.

I want to get into doing a little more than what movie maker has to offer. I wish there was iMovie for Windows.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Well a iMovie for windows won't be happening anytime soon, but you can use AVS video editor which gives a whole lot more features. There is a free version and a paid version. The free version gives you pretty much anything an average youtuber would need for his videos and more. Haven't tried the paid version but I think it's pretty much the same.
