Video Watermarks

Are there any tutorials on how to make a good video watermark for your channel?
I've been toying around with it but I just can't like figure out how to make it look good instead of having it look like it was made on paint.

I once had them, I made one with Cinema 4D/Photoshop, and rendered it as a png image.

Don't forget you have YouTube's in-built watermark feature ( https://www.youtube.com/account_featured_programming - first option )

Please keep in mind that YouTubes in video programming shouldnt be used as a substitute for proper watermarking, your videos can be downloaded free of watermarks when they have in video programming applied, it doesnt physically change the video itself and you should apply any watermarks you want permanently in the video in your video editing software using a PNG image and placing it on a track above the video clip. The in video programming has caused a lot of confusion when it comes to adding watermarks, so many people think their videos are watermarked when really they are not.
