Video Splash Screen? (Not sure what it's called.)

I've been wanting to make sort of top 10 videos or just discussion videos for a while now. However one of the things keeping me from doing so is that I have no clue what to have on screen while I'm talking. AND I'm a horrible artist to be able to make my own. I have a drawing of my sort of persona I'd want featured in this "splash screen" but I'm just a loss.

Suggestions? Assistance? Anything?

Suggestions? Check out some other people's 'top 10' videos and try to pull some ideas from there. You could also start working on your skills so you're not so horrible of an artist. It's all in your head.
