I've Got It
For my animation reviews, it takes me a few sessions to watch it, then to write, record, edit and render. That process is about 7-9 hours, because I do a lot of cuts.
For my let's plays, its easier because the cuts are much shorter and its focused on making funny edits, which come spur of the moment. The planning and writing of them is minimal, as much of it is improv.
